A Brand Message for Tummyzen
Tummyzen, is a new, natural, patented antacid developed by a Yale Doctor and marketed by former grad students from Yale’s Entrepreneurial Institute. The bio-science start-up needed our help crafting the brand message for their identified audience of moms shopping at Wholefoods.
Through extensive research, we expanded the audience to include Food Faddists – those who jump on the latest paleo-Mediterranean-juice cleanse-diets, and Gastronomes – people who eagerly pursue and experiment with new restaurants and cuisines. Our insight was, that just like people who who are unhealthy eaters, health conscious eaters also suffer from heartburn directly related to their behavior.
While the vision, and mission of the product were well established, the web content was rewritten to focus on the product’s benefit, not its creation, and to drive sales. Packaging and label design content were also tweaked to emphasize benefits.
